Where is Pistache made?

We proudly make our products in Italy.

How should I care for my Pistache pieces?
  • Wear: Avoid water contact and perfumes to preserve the quality of your pieces.
  • Storage: For optimal care, store your jewelry separately in its original box to prevent damage. Contact with other items may cause scratches.
  • Cleaning: To maintain the shine of your pieces, please clean them regularly. We recommend using a soft, dry cloth for this purpose. Do not use jewelry cleaning products as they may damage the pieces. 
  • Pistache is not responsible for damaged jewelry due to poor care.

Shipping questions

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are determined by your location and the shipping method you select. During checkout, you can choose the option that works best for you.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to Canada & the USA. Please email us at info@pistache-nyc.com if you have any requests to ship in a different country, and we can help evaluate if possible.

Will I pay duties and taxes?

Please be aware that import taxes and duties are determined by your country and will not be covered by Pistache. We recommend familiarizing yourself with your country’s tax and duty regulations before placing an order.

Returns Policy

Return Process:

  • You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return items, as long as they meet our return requirements.
  • To initiate a return, simply send an email with your order number to info@pistache-nyc.com.
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging included to qualify for a return.
  •  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when exchanging items.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the returned item is insured during transit. We suggest purchasing shipping insurance to cover any loss or damage.
  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our criteria, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.
  • Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable and won’t be included in any credit issued.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in their original, unworn state.
  • Include all original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us at info@pistache-nyc.com with your order details and photos of the item.
    We’ll address the issue as quickly as possible.

Earrings Policy:

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on earrings. However, if you change your mind, we are happy to exchange them for a different pair or issue store credit.
  • Tarnishing that occurs naturally over time is not considered a fault and will not qualify for a return or exchange.

Site-Wide Sales & Final Sale Items:

  • Products bought during site-wide sales or marked as final sale are not eligible for refunds or returns. We recommend double-checking your order before completing your purchase to avoid any issues.
